Serene's day three !

Date and Day : 13/12/09, Sunday

Today Tiong came down all the way from Kuala Belait (KB), that's like 100km or so from where I stay.

While waiting for him, Serene, Shahrin and myself had coffee at coffeebean.

We went to Kampung Ayer. Planned to go out a 1hr boat ride around water village and stuff.

There are lots of primary schools, religious schools and 1 secondary school in the water village area.

After the boat ride, we walked all the way pass yayasan to tour at the mosque.

We reached there 3pm. Quite sad we can't see inside the mosque coz it's opened from 3pm-4pm for the public before people begin their praying sessions.

Walked over to kg ayer to have coconut water.

Went over to the royal regalia. This is the place where all the royal items used during ceremonies and events are located. No pictures were allowed in here. I haven't been in here for 12years. Pretty decent change. It's also very cooling in here, we like. lols.

We went to Jerudong Park, used to be the main tourist attraction centre before it got abandoned. All the free rides and lotsa ppl there to brighten the atmosphere were a thing in the past. Now they reopened again, but very very few rides remaining. From 100+ before to 6-8 rides now.

After many bangs and bumps...my phone which I placed on my seat dropped. At the end of the ride my phone became like so. Nevertheless, I managed to snap the pieces back in place and all is good !

Went over to tamu selera and had the ayam penyet at stall no. 3.

We dropped tiong back at the hotel coz he had to go back. Quite late already around 9pm. After that we went over to kg. ayer stall to have satay ! It drizzled a bit.

Went back to the hotel for a bit, then I brought serene out to eat Kolo mee at Hing Han Hong or something like that. Not bad not bad coz singapore don't really have kolo mee I think. lols.

+1 point. HAHHA

We had coffee at coffeezone after that. This picture and the previous were taken using my mobile phone camera (Nokia N85) because my camera ran outta battery.

While waiting for shahrin to come, me and Serene went down to rizqun restaurant to use our complimentary drinks coupon. The drinks were crap. Some cordial drink or something wtf.

Walked up the road to the top then took some pics and went back down.

One of the scariest stuff just happened today. I freaking left my mobile phone at the playground without realising it. Walked up the road and went back down (took about 30mins), then went to the car. When leaving the park, I asked Serene "eh give me my phone". Then serene said "I gave it to you". I was stunned and said "eh really ah...give me eh...dun joke okay".

THEN I REALISED I was carrying my camera and phone...why the hell do I have my camera only. So serene called my mobile only to get it rejected.

Then I used shahrin's phone to call...and a guy picked up and said he's at the swing area with his kids. So Shahrin made a U-turn back to the park and I ran like a dog to get my phone back !

I was very dizzy coz I had 1.5 hour sleep only. Was watching storm raiders the night before then sent shahrin back at kota batu (quite far). Then morning had to wake up early coz my uncle getting married today. Had to do all those traditional chinese stuff....serving tea, firecrackers, etc etc etc. Had much fun !

After getting back my phone...we went to country patch for some lim teh-ing session.

At night Serene didn't wanna join us for my cousin's real wedding dinner. Only Shahrin joined me. It was good food. Congratulations to my uncle getting married and having lots of fun and joy in his marriage life ! =))

Guess who's here for a visit?

Hey guys sorry for not updating for sometime. Been really really busy ya know.

Guess who's here for a visit my hometown BRUNEI and YAY to that, coz my blog would be up again. The only thing that's sucky is that uploading pics over here takes AGES....that sucks big time...

Booked hotel room, promotion so it's cheap ! Usual price would be $400/night coz this is the upgraded room. But we got it for $405 for 3 nights =))

At night Serene and Shahrin followed me to a pre-wedding dinner at my uncle's place. Last minute thing so I dragged them along. lols. We went to watch storm warriors at midnight. I think it's quite sucky. More to come soon...and I hate uploading the pics...so slow ! GRRR :@

Hello folks. Sorry for the lack of updates, there's nothing interesting to blog about in Brunei plus I'm quite busy these days...

Anyhoo....this blog is to congratulate all the people who passed and well, graduate !

Firstly to my hongkie housemate, Keanu...or should I say Dr. Keanu Lin Ying Hoi !
A certified Vet ! So pro ! Too pro ! Sexy much and such !
Vet is not an easy course. They gotta do funky stuff like stuff their hands up a cow's ass and getting shit stains all over their body. And prone to injuries should a horse nudge them so lightly. See ! Told you, you don't have to worry about your exams man ! You're so pro okay ! Scared what !
All the best in your future career and please operate the animals successfully and hope they get to live longer since you're a qualified vet already. lols.

You've been a funny housemate. Funny because we're housemate for 2 semesters, but I've seen you less than 10 times ? HAHAHAH. Okay lar, sorry for exaggerating. But surely less than 20 times ?
