Youth 180 retreat

Date and Day : 18/09/09 - 19/09/09, Friday - Saturday (Yes, 2 days, 1 night)

People : Amanda, Nelson, Caleb, Steve, Edward, Yorkie, Ruth, Karen, Christina, Samuel, Lilian and me.

It has been raining all week. Either that or the weather is very uncertain. Rain, then sunny, then drizzle, then cloudy.

But NO ! For our youth 180 retreat, the weather could not be any better that it was.

(I've always wondered why they call it 180 as in 180degrees, wouldn't it be more cool if it were to be called youth pi retreat).

We went to SWAN VALLEY, which is 30mins drive from our area. Picture picture time

Quiet, country life side. With a country life side, there will always be smell of horses...

Errm...that white building there, is our cabin. 2 person 1 room. Nelson's my roommate.

Errm....technically, we're bedmates? Coz it's a double decker bed.

Spring spring O how lovely

And there's that waterfall.

And that rapids. Hey it's quite funny and I really do enjoy watching those 2 guys trying to fight against the rapids. I took a video somemore ! classic.

Here's the place to witness if the guy rubbed his booger to the chocolate for that extra taste.

It really is uncomfortable if you're working in an environment where people walk pass and then stare at you and all. What's worse is people like me who take pictures, video, then try to do funny stuff to annoy them.

All in all, it was a fun day. Good experience. Good fellowship. First time to swan valley after 1.5yrs+ in perth.
