Just something so that I won't feel bored...

Hey there all. I've been pretty busy past couple of days. Fell sick and all. Glad it wasn't swine.

Going to be pretty busy these few days or weeks perhaps. I have my final year project which I haven't touched until now (final semester). I have my project presentation in less than 6 weeks time, and I haven't done much on it. If I stuff up my project, that's the end of my studies. Lols. If I do not stuff up my project, that's the end of my studies too, but in a good way.

Anyways...I do still play DOTA from time to time....and by that I mean every hour on the hour. It's part of my study routine. When I play DOTA, I think. When I play DOTA AND GET PISSED COZ OF DUMB PEOPLE WHO PROBABLY CAN'T EVEN PASS YEAR 1....it motivates me to study more.

These dumb people are like no other. They do stuff not caring about teammates, they said DOTA is all about fun. Yes, that's true....but be SMART at least ! They DON'T BACK UP AT ALL OR FARM FOR THEIR OWN PLEASURE WHILE THE WHOLE TEAM IS GETTING CREAMED...THEY ARE RETARDED IN MANY OTHER WAYS, THAT SOMETIMES I THINK THEY WERE NOT BORN TO BE HUMANS.....AND THE WORST PART OF THEM ALL IS....AFTER THEY DO THESE CRAPPY STUFF.....THEY JUST LEAVE THE GAME HALF WAY JUST LIKE THAT. OMG !

Then I realise, what a waste of time I've spent on that stupid game...so I get back to my studies/work. Then after one hour, I get bored coz of studying, so I play another game. Life goes on...

I have an assignment due this thursday. I'm going to start reading what that assignment is about. Or maybe after this one round of DOTA...

It's my birthday today...

Let me sum up how it started...

On the 21/07 (Tuesday), I had a very very very very very bad flu.

On 22/07 (Wednesday), my flu was gone ! Yay ! But I had fever and sore throat ! Boo ! 2 for the price of 1. Sucks.

I was supposed to go to have lunch with my buddy Shahrin, but at the end...I gotta postpone it, sad.

I went home, and took some panadols and had some rest during the afternoon. Then at 5:45pm, Tiong called me. Our convo went something like this :

Tiong : Eh, I'm gonna pick u in 10mins. U know right?

Me : *yawns* har? What thing? What happen 10 mins?

Tiong : Oh you dun know? No one told u?

Me : Got what thing? What happen?
Tiong : Oh....just get ready, we go out have dinner...

Me : Wahhh ! ok ok, I get ready first...

I then got my sick-ass up from bed and got myself ready to go out...

Arrived at davey's place around 6ish, then picked beverly and wen chun out...

I didn't know what was going on...

Then they said dinner at ciao italia.

Last year when davey was my housemate, he kept mentioning about that place, but I wasn't too keen on italian you see....

But everything changed after yesterday.

Now see, ciao italia is so popular, that on a weekday, it was freaking packed. VERY VERY PACKED I TELL YOU ! GOODNESS. WE WAITED OUTSIDE FOR LIKE FREAKING 30mins I THINK !!! IT WAS VERY VERY COLD FOR ME & I GOT FEVER SOMEMORE !

But we were very ambitious.....so when we went there, die die also must try.

This is tiramisu at it's very best. Not too sweet...yet so much cream.

I am happy. It's the carbonara sauce okay !

So....this was a very enjoyable and memorable birthday for me. Why is that so? It's because I'm not much of a birthday person. My birthdays just come and go. If every birthday I get younger, then I'd celebrate. But seems my buddies are too nice and enjoy seeing me getting older =(

See, after last night, I felt better...as in, no more fever !

Good food cures sickness.

Would you believe it? The last time I actually celebrated my birthday was 12years ago. HAHA.

When I was young, my parents celebrated my birthday every year until I was about 8years old, then they realised I was too fat.

Back to school, oh back to school...

This entry has two nice events...

EVENT ONE :

On sunday arvo, me, siu2 and raufa had lunch at an irish pub at the city.

It's an event like no other....

A person, a colleague, a friend whom I've known for just one semester has completed her studies and is going back to her country, Maldives. Sad I've just known her during her final semester while doing one unit together. Very funny and sporting, and a good senior/mentor too =))

We initally planned to go to Tony Roma's to have steak. We reached there 12:30pm and it was closed. Sad. So Irish pub lorrr.

We had some turkish bread with 3 different sauce dips for starters.

Bread is pretty soft and fluffy and everything nice =))

Had some steak and that lump of puke you see below it, is actually mashed potatoes.

Some people sprinkle their steak with pepper. Ours got sprinkled with delicious prawns.

This baby cost $35 I think, but worth every single penny. Only ate half of the mashed potatoes....it's a LOT okay !

After lunch, siu2 went back home coz she gotta do some stuff. And me and raufa shopped a bit before I rushed back home around 4pm for the 2nd event.

But before I end the first event...I would like to wish my dear friend Raufa, all the best in her future undertakings and may she be very successful. Be a very good engineer ahhh !! =))

EVENT TWO :

Rushed home around 4:30pm, then went out 5mins after I freshened up myself. Tiong picked me, and we went to macdonalds with kwok leong. I had my usual latte with extra shot. They had some mcd meals. We headed off to davey's home after that.

Our plan...to go mundaring for little caesar's pizza !!!!!!

Supposedly the best pizza as they've won several awards before. It's okokokok only for me...

We had 6 large pizzas and one desert pizzas. Everyone was too hungry and I'm not a very good photographer....so yeh...

Each pizza was about $14. Oh btw...mundaring is prolly about 60km? About 40mins drive. VERYYYY COLD coz it's high up the hilly area...

We were freezing. Thank goodness the rained stopped coz we were sitting outside.

On a side note, my school started today...sucks...

My timetable is, one hour lecture on monday at 1pm

Two hours of lectures on Tuesday 9-11am

One hour of lecture on Wednesday 9am

One hour of lecture on Thursday 9am and one hour Tutorial 12pm

One hour of tutorial on Friday 9am

All other times, I'm more likely to be found in school, doing my Final Year Project. Well...more like a final semester project, coz I've been procrastinating...MALAS (lazy) LAH ME !

So good. Too good. Studying for 2 units only. No tests during semester, just final exams =))

I even lend Tiong my Sims3....scared I'm too tempted and addicted to it !

See...I have very good self control =))

DOTA on the other hand, is a different story. It's just a quickie....One game, Two games and that's it.

Sims3... and those never-ending games.....somehow....YOU WILL NEVER REACH YOUR FINAL HOUR !!

That means....you tell yourself "One more hour then I stop". Funny thing, that hour never comes till you drop dead, or cannot take it anymore and just sleep right there and then...

Great ACHIEVEMENT !

Hey yeah....so I was away for couple of days I realised...

Oh...I brought my coffee back to the supermarket, the lady refunded my $22 back without asking much. So nice of her and that supermarket's policy =))

That's why I like shopping here =))

I bought Sims3 yesterday around 5pm...

Well before 5pm, I drank latte with extra shot at infusion !

Went with davey, kwok leong and tiong to mcd around 10:30pm! I had my usual DQP baby and latte ! WHOOOZAAHHH !

I played sims 3 as soon as I got back, approximately 6pm to 10pm, then 11:30pm to 5am.

Then today 11am till 11pm !

My character is too good I feel...

The skills I trained my character to be MAXED are :

Cooking

Gardening

Handiness

Logic

Painting

Writing

Charisma is nearly there...just a level shorter =)

My jobs which I MAXed out (level 10) are :

ALL THAT IN A SHORT TIME ... I'm so proud of myself =')

Now if only I could do my work as well as that, I'll be bulletproof !

This monday I'm starting school.

HAVEN'T BEEN DOING MUCH OF MY FINAL YEAR PROJECT ! OH MY GOODNESS !

With my great achievement in sims, hopefully my project would be good too.

Tomorrow's gonna be another good, eating day out =))

or MAYBE it's the cashier at the supermarket that MAYBE ACCIDENTALLY TAGGED 7 BOTTLES OF COFFEE INSTEAD OF 5 !!!

or MAYBE when I play DOTA, there's some retard that's playing so-stupidly, god-knows-what, that makes you feel he has the mentality of -100.

OR MAYBE ITS ALL OF THE ABOVE DAMN REASONS !!!

I gotta be more cautious eh !

Had tea-time food snack at nandos with Tiong around 3pm.

Can't be bothered to type too much.

Tomorrow I'm going to go back to the supermarket and ask them to refund and see how it goes.

Well. Let's sum what I've done past couple of days.

Monday - Went out dimsum brunch with my friend Yvonne at dimsim cafe. Then followed her shop shop for stuffs. Catched up a lot of stories and stuff too. Went to have coffee at gloria jeans after. I'm happy for her that she's finished her studies and scoring well too =))

Tuesday - TIONG's back ! Went out for dinner with him at ipoh restaurant after finding out happy star restaurant is closed (Tuesday). Then we went to davey's place, played street fighter and went to Burswood after.

School's starting next week. I hate school. I enjoy holidays because I enjoy doing what I like best and that I'm very good at, which is......nothing.

For the sake of our love for Tiong, we did not go gelare yesterday. Very sad to disappoint other readers who've been expecting the usual waffle with rum raisin ice-cream and coffee pictures. HAHAHA.

Btw, Tiong has a nice belt. It's pure leather. I want to try burning it a bit for experiment. He doesn't allow. =(

Supposedly this even was on Sunday....I've been a tad bit lazy...

It was serene's birthday today (sunday, outdated post, my bad).

We were planning a surprise party for serene at pointwater...BBQ party.

Sadly, the BBQ pits were all taken....

We waited for a while....but to no avail...

So we went over to dave's place and bring our potentially sad potential BBQ food over.
